Our latest trip to Nauvoo

We were able to go to Nauvoo over the Presiden't Day weekend. We had a great time, even though it was freezing! Jason, Rachel and I went on the carriage ride on Saturday afternoon, then we all went to the Rendevous Production that night. Sunday we went to church with my parents, where my dad was released from the mission presidency. That was really neat to be part of. Sunday afternoon, we went to the visitor's center to see the Joseph Smith movie, and throughout the weekend, we enjoyed the kids' favorite, a REAL fire in a REAL fireplace. Once again, the kids spent a lot of time watching, putting wood into the fire, and building with the firewood. When we got home, Kyle said he liked Nauvoo better because they have a fireplace. We didn't get too many great pictures, but here are a few:Here are my parents singing "Farewell Nauvoo"
My dad is the last one on the second row.
Kayla got to play "Phase 10" with us for the first time. There are a few perks to being the oldest, she's figuring out.
Here's a couple of Kyle's creations
