Kayla's contacts

Kayla went to the eye doctor last week, and we found out her eyesight has declined significantly since last year. The doctor recommended to hard contacts, which will stop her eyes from changing. She was very excited about it, until we went yesterday and she had to put them in. It was hard for her, but she did it! Contacts are very uncomfortable at first, until callouses form on the inside of the eyelids (after a few days), and that is definitely the case her, but she's making it. She will be an old pro in no time!

Good for you Kayla. You can compare notes with your Uncle John and Aunt Crystal.

Way to go Kayla! I know it is has to be hard to be the first one to get some. I had it easy because I had watch Uncle John and several friends have contacts before I did so it almost seemed natural for me.
