Wow, I guess it's been a while since I have posted. We have had an enjoyable month so far. The day after Jason's birthday we had a family council and decided that it would be appropriate to decorate our Christmas tree on Sunday. So we did. With all of this help, we had it done pretty quickly, and we all had a fun time!
The Christmas spirit spread like wildfire and the kids were soon SINGING TOGETHER, SHARING a song book, at Family Home Evening. I wish it was Christmas all year. Why does everyone get nicer at Christmastime? I'll take it.
Last week I helped my dear friend Nancy pack up and store her things so she could travel to Texas for the winter. I still pass her house and wonder if she needs anything, until I remember she doesn't live there anymore. We'll miss you Nancy!
The kids also went on a snowflake making spree, part of a "big surprise" for Christmas morning...and if we hear anything in the front room in the middle of the night, we shouldn't worry, it just them, working on the surprise...so we shouldn't come out! I can't wait to see what the surprise is:)
Also last week we went to see my beautiful niece Courtney, act in "A Christmas Carol." She did awesome and we had a great time.
Last bit of good news is that Rachel lost her 2nd tooth a few days ago. And it happened on the same day as she let me play beauty parlor and curl her hair. Incidentally, her first tooth is coming in pretty fast, so she can't say all she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth. Darn it. Come what may and love it!

You made us homesick for when we had the kids at home decorating for Christmas. We love this time of year also. Pictures are great. Thank you. This is why we love the blog.
