We had a wonderful long weekend together. Jason had a wonderful idea to campout in our backyard on friday (mostly to try out the new tenet that fit our whole family). It was a great night for it. He also make us some great apple cobbler in the dutch oven.
...and would you look at that ocean of sky? Beautiful, I tell ya.
He's a good man to plan fun things. I really just wanted to spend the night watch a movie like always, but I was really glad we did it in the end. It's been a long time for me (sleeping in a tent).
The apple cobbler was scrumptious with ice cream!!
Other things we did this weekend were: cleaning the church, grocery shopping, going to the pool and getting in for 30 seconds and having to get out because of lightning, watching the "little boys" in my sister's family let of fireworks, going to church, having dinner with my Sis., watching a beautiful fireworks display, and enjoying and extra day with Jason on Monday, which we spent cleaning, grinding wheat, and watching movies. Fun times.
