Our second visitor from Missouri came in mid-July, our good friends the Paynes! They were visiting family, and met us in the middle at Veil, Colorado for a nice visit.
We went to blue moose pizza!
And then for a nice hike until the rain and thunder scared us back down.

It was so great to see them, and we were honored that they would travel to meet us after driving all the way from Missouri a few days before. Forever friends!
