Through the magic of social media, I discovered that Kyle had a girlfriend! Crazy kid. Since he was far away at boot camp, Alauna and I met up a few times. She even joined us for the Liberty Cap Hike on the 4th of July. It was crazy hot and we all regretted taking the corkscrew loop back to the car, but it was an enjoyable hike with lots of good conversation.
