Jenga!

We recently discovered that Jenga was a game everyone in our family could play. It is perfect because it doesn't take too long and there aren't very many rules that can be broken (and feelings hurt).

Kyle and Rachel has so much fun on Sunday playing together. You can see the concentration on their faces...

...and the anticipation...!

I am looking for ideas of other fun games that 3-year-olds up to adults can play and have fun. Please let me know if your family has a favorite game.

I love the Jenga idea! A game we have been playing a lot lately.... You take dish rag towels (or something similar) and we call them "magic stones" and put them all over our family room and kitchen. We play we are going on an adventure and we have to help each other through the swamp (the carpet is infested with crocodiles.) We use our couch as our treehouse and the other couch as our boat. This game can be changed according to your imagination and is quite fun!!

we have several games from a new company called simply fun. I took the girls to a "party" where they sell them and they got to play the games there. the company's idea is that the games are short and quick to set up and quick to learn the rules- our kind of games.
we all like: Walk the dogs, Crazy zoo, ribbit, zoodoku(sudoku for kids- even eliza can do it well), pop the pigs, and arrgh!

we also love the Lady bug game, Guess Who and Sorry
