Last week my parents came by for a 4 day visit on there way home from their mission to Nauvoo Illinois. They have been there nearly 3 years and will serve another 6 months from Salt Lake City.
Wednesday was the only day we had with all the kids (my kids and the cousins) before most of them went back to school on thursday. My parents took us all to see the movie "Bandslam." It wasn't quite what we thought it would be, but it was a cute movie. We went to a new theater about 30 minutes away and the schools there were already in session, so we had the entire show to ourselves. It was very fun.

So on thursday Rachel was the only child left that wasn't in school. She was trying to figure out what to do, and grandpa said, "why don't you go fly a kite?" I don't think he was being serious, but Rachel didn't know that.
Grandpa was true to his word!
Thanks for visiting Mom and Dad! And for your example in serving an honorable mission!
