Good Times
Well, we finished up volume 13 of "A Series of Unfortunate Events." It took us a good couple of years to read them. This series is definitely not for everybody, but my kids liked it and I thought the writing was really well done. Kyle has been asking if we could start reading the Little House on the Prairie books. Kayla and I read them all a few years ago but Kyle missed most of it, so we started reading those a few days ago. Last night we read about Ma making pancake people on Christmas morning, so this morning our kids woke up to Jason's awesome pancake people. The kids loved them. Kyle liked saying which body part he was eating, and left the head for last. What a good dad my kids have.

What a cute idea for pancake people. My kids would love those! Rachel your piano is awesome. I love your nice curved fingers while you are playing. You are going to be a great pianist.
How fun is that!! Love the pancakes!! We will have to try that sometime!
