We played fruit basket of course. Many of his friends have played this with us before. It's becoming quite a tradition if you come to the Davis home, to play fruit basket.
We had cake and ice cream...
...and opened some awesome presents from his friends.
And then we moved the party outside for the main attraction: Water kick ball!
Sliding into home base was the highlight for each child.
Fun times were had by all, I believe! (On a bittersweet note, Kyle, being 8 years old, is no longer required by law to have a booster seat in the car. I have to admit it was a little sad going from two boosters down to one. I like them growing up but I mourn a little bit when they pass stages that will never come again).
