We've been trying to plan a family campout for a few weeks but our wet Fall is making it difficult. So, on Friday night, we decided to go to Jason's workplace (out of city limits), and enjoy a night by the fire.
Jason built a frame and we stuffed it with crumpled paper......Kyle LOVES fire and his excitement was contagious-- fire is really AWESOME!
...we roasted marshmallows and made S'mores...
...and made up stories and sang songs...
As the fire was dying down, and the coals were left, we imagined sending in the picture below of the heart shape "meteorite" landing to a national paper.

Who needs camping? The fire is the funnest part!
