Valentine's Day

I'm kinds of a Valentine Party scrooge in that I don't prefer the time and stress on the kids making Valentine boxes for school.  I am not artistically gifted at all, so I can't pass on great ideas or expertise.  This year, though, we took advantage of a very slow snow day to make Valentine Boxes, and another to address the Valentines.

                                                    I got to help with Kyle's class party.

                              I love his smile as he's checking out what his friends put in his box.

For dinner I made heart shaped pizza, which caused Rachel to excitely proclaim that I am the best Mom ever!
