Kayla had her first junior high basketball game last night.
I was so nervous for her. I think she's the only girl on the team that didn't play the last two years. But she did good. And she had fun.
And after I took this picture, they started running the court again, and someone passed her the ball. My heart stopped. She was open for a shot. She took it. She scored!! 2 points for the team!! We were so excited; and I started breathing again. Then everyone gave me a hard time for not getting a picture of it. Hey, it was my first game too; I'll get better at photographing:)

Good job Kayla!!! Good job Melissa on the photos. Free throws are the easiest picture to take because you know that it is coming ;)
Congrats Kayla!! You look good on the court. I never got the great shots when the kids were playing also. Goes with the territory. You want to watch not take photos :)
