My parents came to visit last week, and they brought my nephews, Jacob & Dalton, with them. It was so great to see them!

We had an enjoyable evening at the Day home, where, among game playing and phone/kindle playing (above), Grandpa showed all of his budding basketball star grandkids his favorite drill.

The temperatures have been soaring-- add humidity to that and we had to make other plans on our World's of Fun Day. We discovered an awesome place for parties and grandma booked it!
First, we had free reign of the arcades. Can you tell Rachel likes her cousins? Dalton and Jacob were very accomodating.
I took tons of pictures of the laser tag-- way too many to put on the blog. So if anyone want them, you can see them on this web album.
We got to leave our mark on the place by signing the wall.
My parents and Dalton left on Saturday to go to a wedding in Nauvoo, but Jacob got to stay a few extra days, just in time for us to celebrate Independence Day early. These 3 are the pyros who lit most of the fireworks. Everyone was disappointed that arial fireworks were banned because of the dry conditions, but we still had fun.
