Coach jason & Kyle

Well, Jason was the assistant coach for Kyle's soccer team this spring. Good thing too--our friend who was the coach was out of town a lot and his wife, who used to be his assistant, was too sick with pregnancy to help. Jason did a lot this season but did get lucky with lots of rainy days when it was his turn to coach alone! I think this will be the last soccer season for us for a while. Kayla already decided soccer's not her game. Two weeks before the soccer season ended, Kyle said, "You know, Mommy--I don't really like soccer." Fine with me; no more disrupted dinner schedules! He'd like to try basketball when he's a little older. We decided organized sports at this age aren't for us. We're just going to play as a family for a while!
