Dentist and a visit with an old friend

I am really enjoying facebook! In the last few months I've been able to reconnect with several old friends; see pictures of them and their families, and even a visit! Through facebook, I found my old friend, Elaina. The craziest thing, though--as we e-mailed, we realized we live only 40 minutes away from each other! So on Monday, the kids has their dentist check-ups in the same town she lives in; so we went to visit! I only caught one picture at the dentist; this was Rachel's best visit yet; she allowed her teeth to get cleaned and examined!

My and my friend, Elaina. I was kind of nervous to see her after almost 12 years, but it was so great. It was like meeting a new friend that you feel like you've known for a long time. She and her kids were so hosptitable. Thanks, Elaina!


Here is Kayla and Haley; it was hard to part at the end of the visit.



The kids were all a little nervous at first, but as you can see, they warmed up really fast, and now my kids are asking when they can see their new friends again!
