This trip we played Tune Twister, Memory, I spy, and Crazy Eights!

 

Our newest tradition is the discovery of the buffet for our family! We decided to go check out Hometown Buffet in Chesterfield Missouri, right on the way home. We never went there before because we figured it was too expensive. But for kids, it's only .50 per year of age. So our family eats for about 26.00 and we all get to eat what we want, the kids get drinks and dessert (which we never do regularly), and they don't whine about snacks on the way home because they are full! They look forward to temple trips for this reason. Hey, whatever works!

 

We let the kids watch movies on the way home, and we usually return home around 4 or 5 pm. We are tired but wouldn't trade it for anything...
