Our February Temple Trip

Saturday morning we took our traditional temple trip to St. Louis. I say traditional because there is a certain way we do things each time to make it work. This is the way the temple looked when we arrived Saturday morning at 6:30 am.

 

So if we arrived at 6:30 am, you know we left early. This time we left home at 4:00 am, but we usually leave around 4:30. That means we drag the kids out of bed. We do this for 2 reasons: so they can sleep one way of the 2 1/2 hour drive, and so we can start the day early and be home by late afternoon instead of in the evening. The kids don't mind. They love to wake up as we enter St. Louis and see who can see the temple first. This time it was Rachel!
