Our Labor Day Holiday

On Monday we had a church Labor Day breakfast at a park.  We had Pancakes, eggs, bacon, and juice.  Yum!  The best part for me was watching the kids play afterward.

Rachel and I joined some girls at this skate park.  We didn't have skateboards, but we had blankets and jackets!

Kyle and Jason also played some softball.

Later that afternoon, I took Kayla to her first... horse-riding lesson!!  We've decided to allow her to take one lesson per month.  She's mowing our lawn each week to earn the money to pay for the lesson.

Posted by PicasaI tried not to be too conspicuous with the camera, but man, look at that view!  She had a great time.  Her teacher was VERY generous with her time and Kayla still could have stayed many more hours.  What a blessing in her life~
