This girl has been horse crazy for a long time; but it's mostly been drawing pictures of and playing with toy horses and stuff like that.
Well, her friend from school that lives on a farm heard about her love of horses and told her mom, who generously invited us all out for a horse riding lesson.
Us girls gratefully took her up on her offer.
They got to brush them beforehand.
Rachel's buddy from school is also Kayla's friend's little brother. They ran all over that place, chasing kittens.
Can you see the pure joy on her face?
Kayla and Sabrina rode for a good hour and a half around the yard
Rachel got led around by Kim (the generous horse owner), and then by Aunt Diane. A snippet of their conversation; Rachel: "This is the best day of my whole life, wait! This is the 2nd best day of my whole life-- after the cruise!"
Afterwards, Kayla cleaned the hooves and took the saddle off.

It is so fun to see Kayla and Rachel enjoy a passion that we have. Thank the lady again from us for sharing her talent, friendship, and horses. :)
I loved the pictures as well as sharing in the fun the girls had! My passion when I was there age was also horses, and I rode often with a friend. Wonderful times!
