Vacation BIble School

This week me and the kids went to Vacation Bible School for the 2nd time in our lives.  I was the director this year.  It was tons of work and stress but it went well and I was pleased with how it turned out.  I was also the photographer, so their are no pictures of me, but above is the picture of the preschool class where Kayla volunteered to help her Aunt Jen.
She had a good time and did a great job.
Kyle's favorite part was the food!  The snack station was awesome!
Posted by PicasaRachel's favorite parts were the Music Station and the Wild Bible Adventures Station, where she got to climb inside a "whale" and learn about the prophet Jonah.

I was smiling from ear to ear watching Kyle participate in the singing portion. It reminded me of a 20 year old missionary going to his first non-denominational church service. When I think about it I can still remember the sermon and the song. Just like Kyle I had my arms folded and wondered what in the world was going on. Kyle is going to be one great missionary. He is already light-years ahead of where I was knowing about other religions. I think it is great to be involved in your community like you are. Keep up the great service.
