Christmas Eve

We started the day off with Star Wars!  Thanks to the kindness of an anonymous gift, we used a gift card for all of us at the movie, and even had enough for a huge popcorn which is not something we ever do at theatres.  It was fun.  The movie was good, and now I have some Star Wars fever at our house.

On the way home from the theatre, we stopped at the home of a family in our branch.  They have a tradition where they make gingerbread houses and give them away.  Brigham wanted to give his to Jason, his young men leader.  He did such a great job with so many details!
Kyle played a little Lego Star Wars for the first time this year I think, while I made rolls and dessert for Christmas Eve dinner at the Days.
As always, it was fun evening.  Jen was sick in bed with the flu, and we missed her. Kayla and Haley got their annual photo:
Rachel reunited with her Steve-hole (inside joke)
and I even convinced Aunt Diane to get in a picture!
Courtney, Haley and Martina took care of the meal with Jen in bed.  I was so impressed!
 The cousins exchanged their gifts
Martina (the Day's exchange student), Courtney, Kayla, Haley, Steven, Rachel, Kyle, and Hunter

Christmas PJs!  (And Kyle's blanky because he didn't want pjs)
