We've been doing lots of projects, cleaning, and declutering of our house! This one was one of our last big projects, in October: Re-laying the concrete on our front walk. Jason, Kyle and Rachel all worked together. I think I helped a little bit too, but mostly I took the vehicles to wash and vacuum them that day.
In addition to this and replacing the carpet this past summer, we've also done quite a bit of painting, replaced all of the exterior doors, and lots of little projects. It paid off too! We officially have a contract on our home! What a blessing. we didn't even list it. I had talked to the realtor about when we should list the house if we want to move in the summer, so she new we were getting ready to sell. She had a buyer that couldn't find a house they like and they wanted something like ours, so she brought them over. Long story short, they're okay with waiting until May to close and take possession! There's still a long time between now and then, and things could go wrong, but we feel good about and very blessed.
