Somehow the track coach talked Kayla into being on the track team this year. I've always thought she'd be good at it, but she never wanted to. Well, now she's trying it. This is her relay team (I stole it from her facebook).
Rachel and I went to watch her on Saturday at a meet near home. Once again, I know nothing about track, but I'm learning. This is her in the 100 meter dash. I don't remember how she did, but it was fun watching her.

Here is her 400 meter race. I like that I took a video of this one because she is pretty much behind the entire race (in her heat), but overall took 4th place in this race, which is pretty cool. You can see her getting ahead the last 100 meters.
Here's one from a meet a couple of weeks ago. It's been fun to watch her and she's pretty good! Love that girl...

that's neat she tried track too! the races can be pretty exciting and tense. So impressed with runners!
