12 Years Together
We celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary on Saturday! We went to a dance on friday, and to the temple and out to eat on Saturday. I tell you what; this is what it's is all about. Two people who aren't perfect but love each other, trying to build a successful family. Learning lessons: humility, selflessness, forgiveness, patience. And as we learn we become closer to what we want to be. Family is everything. I'm so grateful during this Thanksgiving week to be married to a good man, and I'm grateful to still be in love with him after 12 years. I'm grateful for 3 sweet kids and for the home we've built together on solid gospel principles. I have been blessed!

I have to say Barry and I always think about you two on yours/ours anniversary. Every year we say, one of these years we need to take a trip with the two of us couples to celebrate our anniversarys but every year it is always something. Usually kids causes our families are so small still. But one of these years Barry and I are really going to plan something for you two to join us in.
